Level 1 Support

For a basic monthly payment (from £200) an iBoss director will be available for an agreed number of virtual meetings/month plus additional phone calls to discuss any burning issues a business owner may have. The purpose is to give the client access to an independent opinion on any pressing matter or new idea and to provide general business advice.

Level 2 Support

This would be a step up from level 1. This option would include a monthly physical meeting at the business premises in addition to an agreed number of regular virtual meetings plus the normal telephone support. Conversations can cover a wide range of business topics from strategy to Finance, with other iBoss directors being involved where necessary.

Project Management & Viability Review

This is where the iBoss Interim Management Support becomes particularly important. Where a specific project is identified, a project brief will be agreed with a bespoke pricing solution. One, or more, of the directors will become directly involved with the business in a ‘Hands on’ capacity, for the duration of the project. We have experience in helping our clients in a wide range of business matters. This includes helping them to acquire a business or in preparing their existing business for sale.

Funding

Should the business need finance for cash flow, funding for growth or business recovery iBoss has the necessary contacts with Lenders and/or investors to arrange this. We are not tied to any specific source of finance, so are able to arrange the type of finance that suits the client best. We can often help with finance for a start up business.

Business Planning

iBoss was originally set up to meet what we recognised as a growing need for comprehensive, realistic business plans that mapped out the best route for growth (or recovery) of an SME business. Business Planning has remained as one of our primary services working with everyone from Startups to established SMEs. Not only will we work with the client to produce the business plan, but in many cases we often provide either Level 1 or Level 2 support which includes a regular monitoring of the progress against the plan.
